Project Manager

Lisa works on Commercial and Domestic projects providing CDM Advice and Documentation and Project Management for exciting builds. She has worked on many projects, including an extensive 40 house property development and the project management of a complete renovation of 2 barns to create an expansive family dwelling with glass linked corridor.

After managing Hewitt&Carr Group’s serviced offices facility for three years, Lisa moved across to Hewitt&Carr Services in 2021 as Project Manager. She’s now utilising her wealth of knowledge in administration and organisation to manage projects, Health & Safety, and CDM regulations.

Rob Duncan BSc (Hons) MA MRTPI

Planning Consultant

Rob is an experienced and professionally accredited Planning Consultant, retained by Hewitt&Carr Services to provide specialist advice and assistance on all aspects of the Town Planning system, including planning applications, appeals, site appraisals, lawful development certificates and more. Having gained a BSc(Hons) in Geography at the University of Plymouth in 2000, Rob went on to be awarded a Masters in Town Planning from Birmingham City University in 2003. He has been a corporate member of the Royal Town Planning Institute since 2004 and has over 19 years’ experience in the planning sector. Having started his career in Local Authority, Rob has been practicing in the private sector under the guise of Rob Duncan Planning Consultancy Ltd. since 2011.

Rob has worked on a large variety of development projects, including large and small scale residential and industrial schemes, narrow boat marinas, barn conversions, renewable energy developments, retail schemes, prior notifications, changes of use and householder developments, and has achieved a high record of success. Rob offers a professional, considered approach to planning issues, with a focus on providing a quality service to clients.

Molly Dog

Wellbeing Officer

Molly is a special dog who visits the offices now and again for fuss and to generally distract the team in the hope of getting biscuits from the Hoomans. She enjoys attending meetings, wandering the hallways, providing cuddles, and stealing food. Next time you’re visiting the offices, ask if she’s around and she’ll come and say hi. Woof!
